Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Our Vehicles: We replace the product if you get a uncorrect product or the product Not satisfied with the terms of service

2. Conditions for Return

Documentation: A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Condition: Should the file be not a correct one or Not satisfied with the terms of service

3. Return Process

Step 1: Open Problem Center ticket at [Discord Server] to initiate a return.
Step 2: Provide proof of purchase and the reason for the return.
Step 3: show the problem or why the car not satisfied with the terms of service
Step 4: Upon approval, a  replacement will be processed.

4. Custom orders and special-order parts are non-returnable.
